Our shipping system is automated, once you place an order a paid shipping label is automatically generated from your request. We will ONLY ship to the address on file with your bank. This is to prevent fraud. If you enter an address other than the one on file with your bank, it will be declined when your bank reports the address does not match.

Most items have a flat rate shipping and handling charge. Also due to rampant credit card fraud all shipments will be sent to the billing address on your credit card, there are no alternate shipping addresses available at this time. We can ship some items Worldwide, however many of our products are illegal to export out of the country. The buyer assumes all responsibility for items once they have exited the United States of America, we will not replace items lost during shipping outside the USA.

Automated emails will be sent out by our store, and our shipping software to notify you of your order status. You may receive multiple emails from both order status and tracking information. We want you to be completely informed as to the status and location of your order at all times.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and most products legally cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Due to ever changing laws some firearms may not be legal in the following locations: CA, CO, CT, Dist. of Columbia, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, RI. Order cancellation or refunds resulting from trying to order items restricted in these states are subject to a 36% restocking fee. All out of state suppressors are drop shipped directly from the factory to save time. It is your duty as a responsible gun owner to know the laws in your state.

International Shipping
We now offer shipping of non restricted items to CA, UK, AU, select EU countries, and NZ. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AFTER THEY HAVE LEFT THE UNITED STATES. If a package is lost or stolen outside of the United States the buyer assumes all liability, we will not refund or replace orders damaged, lost, or stolen once they have left the country. This is due to rampant international mail fraud. If your order is lost or stolen outside the United States you must file a claim with your local postal service or police department.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns for any reason that isn’t our fault (changed mind, failed to read the product description) are subject to a 36% restocking fee. Deposits for custom work are final and not subject to refund for any reason. If a project is abandoned or unfinished due to customer nonpayment or failure to communicate for more than 6 months, we reserve the right to sell the unfinished product in an attempt to recoup our losses. NFA Items require transfer approval through the ATF, there are no returns or refunds on these products.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of the product, so be aware of transit time (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the mail to deliver your refund check. All refunds are manually processed, by one guy, the same guy who is shipping out all the orders.

Credit Card Information

Declined transactions (including for cardholder address mismatch) are not charged. We do not take your money unless you get an emailed receipt from us. Some banks, especially for debit cards will hold funds from a declined authorization from 24 hours up to 30 days or more. This is the banks doing, and if you’ve been declined we do not have your money.
